No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The study, including the cost-benefit analysis, outline of effective programs and practices, recommendations for increasing participation in the breakfast program, and methods to increase community awareness of nutrition programs is estimated by the Texas Education Agency to be a one-time cost of $250,000.  This amount does not represent a significant cost to the agency.
