No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The study, including the cost-benefit analysis, outline of effective programs and practices, and recommendations for increasing participation in the breakfast program, is estimated by the Texas Education Agency to be a one-time cost of $250,000.  This amount does not represent a significant cost to the agency.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
