No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend Chapter 153, Family Code, to expand the type of dispute resolution that may be used to establish a parenting plan. It would also amend several provisions relating to parenting plans and the appointment of a parenting coordinator. The Office of Court Administration indicates that none of the proposed changes should have a significant fiscal impact on the court system.
