No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require state agencies to adopt and distribute a written ethics policy to all agency employees. In addition, the Office of the Attorney General would be required to develop and distribute a model ethics policy that state agencies may use as a guide for ethics policy.
 
It is anticipated that the Office of the Attorney General and other state agencies could absorb the costs associated with the bill within current resources.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
