No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the county commissioners court that imposes a county road and bridge fee to issue an annual report on the amount of money collected during the county's fiscal year and a detailed list of how that money was used. The commissioners court would be required to maintain the report in electronic and hard-copy formats readily available to the public at no cost.
