HB640 by Hughes (Relating to the online posting of expenditures by state agencies.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require that each state agency that maintains a generally accessible Internet site or for which a generally accessible Internet site is maintained shall post on the site all expenditures made by the agency.  The posting must include the purpose for which each expenditure is made. 

It is assumed that any additional duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
