HB755 by Dutton (Relating to disciplinary action taken against a person required to file a death certificate.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would prohibit disciplinary action for failure to file a death certificate in a timely manner in the event that written documentation that a good faith effort was made and the failure is a result of circumstances beyond the control of the individual required to file the death certificate. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
