No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code by requiring the juvenile court judge in a county with a population of 600,000 or more to post on the county's Internet website a report containing certain statistical information about children committed by the judge to the Texas Youth Commission. The judge would be required to update the report on a quarterly basis.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
