No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would exempt certain general academic teaching institutions from the requirement that certain high school graduates be granted automatic admission if certain conditions regarding the total percentage of underrepresented racial or ethnic groups enrolled at the instititon is met. There would be no significant fiscal impact on the State.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
