No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 30, Penal Code, to create as a Class B misdemeanor the offense of trespassing on a docking place, and to add a recreational vehicle park to those tracts of land on which trespassing would constitute an offense of criminal trespass. No significant fiscal impact to the state or units of local government is anticipated as a result of enforcement or imposition of associated fines and fees or jail time.
