No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would keep the property tax information confidential for current or former peace officers and current or former employees of a district attorney, a criminal district attorney, or county or municipal attorney whose jurisdiction includes any criminal law or child protective services matters.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
