No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code related to permit requirements for the possession, sale, and transfer of white-tailed deer or mule deer.  To the extent the bill would change requirements relating to deer breeding operations, no significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.  


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
