No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 42 of the Human Resources Code by adding a section that prohibits retaliation against an employee of a child-care facility for reporting violations of law or initiating or cooperating in an investigation at the child-care facility.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
