No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code as it relates to the operation of certain staff leasing services arrangements. 

Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Insurance and the Texas Workforce Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished within existing resources.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
