HB1380 by McCall (Relating to court security and the use of money in courthouse security and municipal court building security funds.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill specifies how courthouse security funds may be used. In addition, under the provisions of the bill, a local administrative judge would be required to provide to the Office of Court Administration a written report regarding any security incident involving court security that occurs in or around a building that houses a court for which the judge serves as local administrative judge.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
