No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

To the extent school districts do not currently perform feasibility studies prior to efforts to acquire title to real property by eminent domain, districts would incur additional costs.  The amount of these additional costs cannot be determined, and would vary from district to district.
