No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would prohibit the erection of an off-premise sign that is adjacent to and visisble from a highway in Waller County that is part of the state highway system. According to analysis submitted by the Texas Department of Transportation, there would be no fiscal impact from implementing provisions of the bill.
