No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would eliminate as an acceptable option for poultry carcass disposal the cooking of poultry carcasses for swine food. There could be minimal costs to the Commission on Environmental Quality relating to changes to rules and publications.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
