No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends Alcoholic Beverage Code, Section 102, which states a permittee may preannounce a promotion to a consumer. This bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission anticipates no significant fiscal impact on the department from the implementation of this bill. 


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
