HB1719 by McReynolds (Relating to requiring landowners to report the burial of certain animal carcasses.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would prohibit the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) from requiring a landowner who requests and complies with a water quality management plan to report the burial of animal carcasses to the commission. 

Any rulemaking that would be required by the TCEQ is not expected to result in significant costs to the agency.
