No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the notification of cancellation or suspension of an alcoholic beverage license or permit. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2007.

The Alcoholic Beverage Commission anticipates no significant fiscal impact to the agency.
