HB1804 by Gattis (Relating to the prosecution of the offense of improper photography or visual recording.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Penal Code expanding the offense definition of improper photography or visual recording to include broadcast or transmission of a visual image.

 

This bill would take effect September 1, 2007 and apply only to an offense committed on or after the effective date of the Act.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
