Based on the analysis of the University of Texas System Administration, the Texas Tech University System Administration, the Texas A&M University System Administrative and General Offices, and the Higher Education Coordinating Board, the provisions of the bill would have minimum impact on the respective institutions on the time and effort involved in the research oversight.
