No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend statute relating to periods of possession of a child under a standard possession order and expand provisions that apply to the possession of or access to a child when a conservator is deployed by the military. The bill would also allow a court to award periods of electronic communication with a child upon request from a conservator.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
