No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Texas Education Agency estimates that meetings of the advisory committee and subsequent rule adoption could be managed with existing resources.

Local Government Impact

School districts may benefit from the receipt of impact fees to help defray the costs of capital improvements.
