HB1914 by Eiland (Relating to certain information reporting requirements regarding workers' compensation claims.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Insurance Code and provide that the commissioner shall establish rules and reporting requirements for information in workers' compenstaion claims.

Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Insurance, it is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within the agency's existing resources.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2007.
