No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill repeals Sections 51.006 and 51.012(a) of the Agriculture Code relating to the area of operation and membership in farmers' cooperative societies. According to the Department of Agriculture, the repeal of these two sections will have no fiscal impact to the State.
