No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Occupations Code to modify labeling requirements for drugs dispensed by pharmacists. 

Based on information provided by the Board of Pharmacy, it is assumed that costs related to the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be covered by utilizing existing resources.

This bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
