No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The Texas Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory (TVMDL) is subject to the Sunset Act and will be abolished on September 1, 2007, unless continued by the Legislature. The bill would continue the Texas Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory for another twelve years as it currently operates. Any additional requirements to notify the public of changes in the agency's fee structure could be accomplished with existing agency resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
