No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 48, Human Resources Code, to prohibit retaliation for filing a report or providing information in good faith about possible abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an individual receiving services from a home and community-based services provider contracting with the Department of Aging and Disability Services.
