No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill modifies the eligibility requirements and selection process for student members of the board of regents of a university or university system. Under provisions of the bill, the student regent would have the same powers and duties as other board members. There would be no fiscal impact to the state.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
