IN RE:	HB2174 by Bonnen (Relating to excluding the transportation of gas to and from a liquefied natural gas marine terminal from being considered a gas utility. ), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

 This bill would exclude entities from gas utility status if certain criteria were certified to the Railroad Commission with regard to the transportation of liquefied natural gas to or from a liquefied natural gas marine terminal. 

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
