No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would remove the requirement that the Executive Director of the Teacher Retirement System be a resident of the state of Texas for at least the three years immediately preceding appointment.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
