No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would remove the condition that property be held since May 2, 1977 as a requirement for property being protected from having a lien filed against it for mining-related reclamation activities for persons who did not consent to, participate in, or excercise control over an affected mining operation.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
