No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would authorize the commisioners court of a county, after the date of written notice to the Texas Department of Transportation, to prohibit by order the erection of off-premise signs on roads located in the county that are outside the corporate limits or the extraterritorial jurisdiction of a municipality.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
