No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Secretary of State to compare records received for persons who are deceased or who are not U.S. citizens to the statewide computerized voter registration list semiannually and notify the county voter registrars.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
