No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend statute and require state agencies proposing a rule to prepare a formal legislative history on the legislative enactment under which the rule is proposed. It is assumed that any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
