IN RE:	HB2395 by McCall (Relating to the application of certain diving-board-related safety requirements at a public swimming pool.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code as it relates to the application of certain diving-board related safety requirements at a public swimming pool.

The bill would take effect immediately if it received a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house.  If the bill does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, the bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
