No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code relating to hunting from public roads or rights-of-way.  The bill would forbid hunting from public roads or rights-of-way, as described, including a public street, alley, road, right-of-way, berm, ditch or shoulder.  To the extent the bill would amend descriptions of public roads or rights-of-way,  no significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.. 

The bill would take immediate effect if the bill receives two-thirds the vote of all members; otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2007.


Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
