No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill transfers all responsibilities, management, administration and oversight of the Fuel Ethanol and Biodiesel Production Incentive Program from the Economic Development and Tourism Division of the Office of the Governor to the Department of Agriculture.The program is currently being managed by the Department of Agriculture through a Memorandum of Understanding with the Office of the Governor, and therefore this legislation will have no fiscal impact to the State.
