No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would prohibit a person from entering into an heir finder contract during the nine-month period beginning on the date the court grants letters of administration with respect to the estate of a decedent who dies intestate. The bill would also expound on damages and remedies associated with the breach of a fiduciary duty by a personal representative.
