No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would add some control to the sale of Ammonium Nitrate, requiring purchasers to provide identifying information, and requiring sellers to be registered and to maintain records of all sales.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
