HB2645 by Rose (Relating to erecting off-premise signs adjacent to and visible from certain roads.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to add to the list of roads on which erecting off-premise signs adjacent to and visible from would be prohibited. In addition, the Transportation Commission would be prohibited from issuing a permit under Chapter 394 for an off-premise sign adjacent to or visible from County Road 170 in Hays County.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
