No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill permits the Texas Economic Development Bank at the Office of the Governor to provide grants to the Texas Department of Transportation for rural rail development. The bill directs the expenditure of appropriated amounts, therefore no significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.
