HB2769 by Eiland (Relating to the marking of oyster beds.), As Engrossed

No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code to allow marking alternatives other than buoys to be used when marking the boundaries of a leased oyster bed. The bill would take effect immediately with a two-thirds vote of all members; otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2007.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
