IN RE:	HB2823 by Bohac (Relating to provisional voting by a person who applied for an early voting ballot by mail.), Conference Committee Report

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow voters who receive an early voting ballot by mail, and who did not vote by mail, to cast a provisional ballot on election day under certain circumstances provided in the bill.
