No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to authorize a county that owns a building in an area in which there are both a water supply corporation and a municipality that provide water supply and sewer services to contract with the lowest-cost provider to provide those services to that building.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
