No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to involvement in charitable events by holders of alcoholic beverage licenses and permits.

The bill would amend Alcoholic Beverage Code, Section 109 by not prohibiting different leveled permit and license holders from simultaneously or jointly sponsoring civic, religious, or charitable events. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2007.

The Alcoholic Beverage Commission anticipates no significant fiscal impact to the agency.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
