No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code relating to commercial fishing license fees set by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission.  To the extent the bill would maintain the current level of license pricing until September 1, 2009 (within 10 percent of current prices); no significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would take effect August 29, 2007.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
