No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would add Section 61.0386 to Chapter 61 of the Human Resources Code requiring the Texas Youth Commission (TYC) to allow advocacy and other groups for victims of sexual assault to provide information, support, and other services to children in TYC. 

 

The Texas Youth Commission anticipates no fiscal impact from this bill.
